Shipping & Returns
We ship made-to-order shirts to the United States.
Shipping
- We currently deliver to US addresses only.
- Each shirt is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
- Transit inside the US is typically another 2–5 business days after it leaves the printer. Carriers and destinations vary.
- You will get a tracking link when the printer hands the parcel over.
Launch promotions (including free shipping) are announced on the site and are not part of this policy. When a promo ends, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

Returns — three cases
1. Print, garment, or transit damage
This is on us. Email photos and the order number. We will reprint or issue a store credit via gift card.
2. Wrong size
We want you to love what you ordered. If you run into a sizing issue, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We cannot restock custom-printed items. We will issue store credit or a deep discount code so you can order the corrected size.
Use the Fit Guide next time. The note on each product page is there for the same reason.
3. Change of mind
If you do not like the design, the colour, or the idea after it arrives, we cannot take the shirt back. It was printed for you. See Made on demand
What we need from you
Order number, what is wrong, and photos where they help. We answer by email.
